Dear readers. I totally meant to give you another head’s up before my single release and celebratory show (which was on Monday), so sorry if I made you miss it. We had an incredible turnout at The Bowery Electric – the house was packed, the openers were killer, and our set went great if I do say so myself (here’s sneaky link to a temporary folder of concert videos – go get em quick!). But it was a lot of hats to wear! From writing a brand new song for the set, scheduling rehearsals, hiring openers, marketing, taking care of my voice and body, and putting together a cute little stage outfit (I’m embarrassed to admit that that ended up being the most time-consuming element I think), it was a bit of a stressful month. Hence my shameful neglect of you, my favorite people, my newsletter subscribers.
